DETAILED ITINERARY:      
       
Day 1 – Western Cape Province – Hermanus   Start of tour - Cape Town

Welcome to South Africa, country of gold, diamonds, wild animals, unspoilt natural beauty and a larger cultural variety than in almost any other country in the world.

You will be met at the Cape Town International Airport (or any other location in Cape Town) by a Southern Eagle Tours representative who will hand you all your travel documentation which includes accommodation vouchers, car rental vouchers and detailed maps. A detailed route description will be done and you will be assisted in collecting your rental vehicle.

Today’s Route:
From Cape Town along the Atlantic seaboard, over Chapman’s Peak to Cape Point, the across the peninsula to False Bay. Follow the coastal route past the villages of Pringle Bay and Kleinmond to the famous whale watching town of Hermanus.

Suggested highlights:

  • The picturesque towns of Llandudno and and Hout Bay
  • The spectacular Chapman’s Peak drive
  • Cape Point and Nature Reserve
  • African Penquin colony at Boulder’s Beach

Day 6 – End of tour
