You will be met at the Cape Town International Airport (or any other location in Cape Town) by a Southern Eagle Tours representative who will hand you all your travel documentation which includes accommodation vouchers, car rental vouchers and detailed maps. A detailed route description will be done and you will be assisted in collecting your rental vehicle.

Today’s Route:
Depart Cape Town and head northwards, climbing over the spectacular Du Toit's Kloof mountain pass en route to Worcester. In the afternoon travel through the Little Karoo to Oudtshoorn, the “Ostrich capital of the world”.

• Spectacular mountain scenery

Today’s Route:
Awake to the freshness of the Karoo air. You can visit the many atractions in and around Oudtshoorn before driving via the spectacular Outeniqua mountains to George, and tnen  Wilderness to Knysna.

• The world famous Cango Caves
• The Cango Crocodile and Cheetah farm
• Guided tour of a working Ostrich Farm
• Outeniqua Mountain Pass

Today’s route:
A full day in the beautiful "Garden Route" area around Knysna. In the late afternoon you travel to George.

• Steamtrain ride on the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe between Knysna and George
• Ferry Boat trip on the Knysna Lagoon
• The Knysna Waterfront

Today’s route:
Via Mossel Bay and Swellendam back to Cape Town where your rental vehicle is dropped off in the late afternoon.

• The Post Office Tree at Mosselbay
• Swellendam, the 3rd oldest town in South Africa
• Cape Agulhas, the "Foot of Africa" (Time permitting)
