DETAILED ITINERARY:
Day 1 – Mpumalanga/Limpopo Province – Private Game Reserve
Upon your arrival at Hoedspruit Airport (HDS) you are met and transferred to an exclusive lodge in a nearby private game reserve. Later this afternoon your first exhilarating game drive in specially adapted open 4X4 vehicles is undertaken. At dusk sundowners are enjoyed deep in the bush, after which the drive continues, making use of spotlights to search for nocturnal animals. A final highlight today is a specially prepared dinner enjoyed under the stars around the crackling campfire. (weather permitting)

Days 2 & 3 – Mpumalanga/Limpopo Province - Private Game Reserve
You spend two full days at the lodge. Twice daily game drives and a daily guided bush walk are included, during which your skilled ranger and tracker will share with you their intimate knowledge of the African bush and all its inhabitants. This is “Big 5” country (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo), and the thrill of viewing these magnificent animals (and many others) from up close will stay with you for many years to come.

Day 4, 5, 6 & 7 – Mozambique (Note: Flights from KMIA to Vilanculos depart only on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays)
After breakfast you are transferred to the Kruger Mpumulanga International Airport (MQP) for your flight to Vilanculos. On arrival at Vilanculos you are assisted to your light aircraft for a flight to Indigo Bay. On arrival on the island you are transferred to your accommodation. The following 4 nights are spent at leisure.

Day 8 – End
The day is at leisure until you are transferred to the Indigo Bay airstrip for your light aircraft flight to Vilanculos. From Vilanculos you board a scheduled flight to Johannesburg International Airport.
